What happens in an emergency?

It's great to see these documents being available here. :-) However, should the worst happen, and the insurance policy needs to be called upon, the most useful thing would be to have a clear step-by-step guide for how to set the process going. That guide could take the approach of 'phone the office or, if it's not working hours in the UK at the time, then phone this number' or 'call the insurance firm directly, and use these reference details for our policy'. However, just providing the contact number for the insurance company probably isn't much use - I suspect callers would run into the roadblock of not knowing the policy reference details fairly quickly.
