    • How often does the committee need to meet at this point?
  • Community consultation
    • Invite members of the community to comment on the Wikimania bid and become involved in the organising
  • Wikimania 2012
    • This will likely be the last meeting before Wikimania 2012, and DC is the only Wikimania between now and the announcement of the winner for 2014
      • Who from the Conference Committee is going?
      • What can we have in place for the 2014 bid by Wikimania 2012? Would be good to get ahead of any potential competition early
      • What is the message we want our representatives to be delivering in DC?

    • If the Conference Committee is to take responsibility for this, we need to begin the process of finding a location
