Wikimedia UK's 2025 AGM will be held online on Saturday, 27th September.
Meeting Agenda[edit | edit source]
The meeting formally starts at 10am with staff members online from 9.45. We aim to finish by 11.15am. A Zoom link will be sent to everyone registered on eventbrite here.
10.00am - Welcome and introduction to the AGM, approval of 2024 AGM minutes
10.05am - Board report (Chair)
10.10am - Finance report (Head of Finance and Operations and Honorary Treasurer)
10.15am - Activity report (Chief Executive)
10.20am - Board elections: Short presentations from all candidates, followed by questions from attendees
10.45am - Explanation of process for voting for Resolutions and Board candidates
VOTING OPENS
10.50am - Questions on Reports from the Board and Executive
11.00am - Presentation of Honorary Member Awards
11.10am - VOTING ENDS
11.15am - Thanks and closing remarks from the Chair.
The results of the online vote will either be announced at the end of the meeting or shared by email by 6 pm on Saturday 27th September
